Our service integrates with the Spotify Web API. By using Spotify Receipt, you also agree to be bound by Spotify's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any changes or restrictions imposed by Spotify.

4. Intellectual Property

The "receipt" generated is a stylized representation of your data. All artist names, track titles, and album art are the property of their respective owners. Spotify Receipt does not claim ownership of any music data retrieved via the Spotify API.

5. Limitation of Liability

Spotify Receipt is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or service interruptions.
